High-Density Polyethylene Blow Molding

Blow molding is a forming process used to produce hollow plastic parts. In this process, gas (usually air) is blown into the mold to inflate the plastic and achieve the desired shape. If any defect occurs on the inner surface of the produced part, it may be classified as scrap. Surface smoothness is a critically important criterion in blow molding applications.
